San Marcos Physical therapy
At Limitless Physical Therapy, our goal is to improve and restore your mobility. I personally entertained other medical degrees, but I wanted to help people get back on their feet with some good old-fashioned hard work and dedication, rather than relying on medication, surgery, or other expensive alternatives. Are those other alternatives needed at times? Absolutely! However, in my opinion, most of these options are used way too frequently. Furthermore, some of these expensive options may present with some unfortunate side effects.
A physical therapist works diligently to apply current research and proven techniques to aid in an efficient and productive recovery. Our San Marcos physical therapy team will do our best to educate patients on how to prevent or manage their conditions appropriately to achieve optimum long-term benefits. At Limitless Physical Therapy, you will work with an educated, passionate, creative, and caring therapist motivated on reducing your pain and restoring your mobility and function. Ultimately we will work hard at helping you to accomplish your specific goals, get you back to day to day lifestyle, enjoying life, and recreational activities.

FAQ:
When should I consider physical therapy?
It is widely researched that physical therapy can be extremely helpful in prolonging if not avoiding surgeries in some instances. Furthermore, it is widely proven that physical therapy before a surgical intervention can help to reduce post-surgical rehab time. It is highly recommended that patients do their due diligence before seeking aggressive therapy, i.e., surgery or medication. It is important to remember that as a patient, YOU ARE IN CHARGE OF YOUR CARE. Don’t be afraid to seek other options such as a physical therapy clinic, where we can focus on restoring your mobility and health with some supervised exercises and appropriate modalities for pain relief. Some of the modalities we use at Limitless Physical Therapy for pain relief are cryotherapy, heat, electrical stimulation, dry needling, and manual physical therapy. Of course, if a non-conservative option is what your body requires, we are trained and educated enough to recommend what is best for you. At the end of the day, physical therapists are on your team and want you to be healthy!
